Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
